Even I just found this out, but did you know that most Black Friday deals are actually not worth it? I’m not even making an opinion here (but if you’d like my opinion…yeah, I still think they’re not worth it), this has SCIENTIFIC DATA to back it up! According to “Which?”, 98% of products you find on Black Friday have had better deals at other times throughout the year, the same year.
Black Friday has been a thing since sliced bread and the invention of the horse. I’m not sure if it’s because of the weird economic times we’re going through right now, but all I know is that Black Friday is just another tactic to get people outside of their homes and into the big box stores to buy 3 TVs and a blender. Always be vigilant if you’re looking for deals! You don’t have to wait for some Friday throughout the year (here in Canada) just to maybe save a little chunk of change when you could be saving A LARGE chunk of change!
I’m not going to advise you to not buy anything if you want to, but the chance of being let down next February when the same product goes on sale in February for 65% off instead of 50% off is always there.
