Felix Sloo’s fascination with music began as a toddler, when his parents had to lock him out of their office so he wouldn’t break the keys on their piano. With a million things in the world, there isn’t nearly enough time to experience them all, but it’s still fun to try. Felix searches music stretching across a wide range of genres and time periods to find sounds that hit just right, from the Beach Boys to Nirvana to Kendrick Lamar.
A California kid through and through, Felix is still a bit sad the Golden State Warriors gave up Ronny Turiaf in the David Lee trade. He enjoys playing video games and once beat the current Magic: the Gathering world champion in a professional tournament. He also likes learning languages, dogs, and would do almost anything for peanut butter and chocolate. Not one to shy away from trying something out and seeing what happens, he’s always observing the world around him and looking for things that interest him.
Catch Felix on SAY Radio on Saturdays at 2 AM.
