The Best Call of Duty Yet

Has Treyarch done it again everybody? Yes they have and for the second time in a row I might add. They have created another video game in the Call of Duty franchise that will be played for hours on end by an enormous amount of people in the world for the next few years. “Call of Duty: Black Ops 3” has been titled as the best Call of Duty game to date and ranked just under it is the game’s prequel “Call of Duty: Black Ops 2.” For a developing company to create video games like that back to back is quite impressive, prestigious and well recognized around the world.

Released to the world of gamers on November 6th “Black Ops 3” is the video game that has to be the game that is turning heads nowadays, especially in the first person shooter video game genre community and has reached sales up to more than $550 million during only their first three days of release and is performing much better than the previous two Call of Duty titles. The amount of positive reviews that this video game has received from critics and fans is phenomenal. “Black Ops 3” owners have been playing the game online for more than 75 million hours combined throughout a whole week and this is record breaking for Call of Duty because that amount of people playing in the time span of a week is the highest Call of Duty has ever seen.

As a guy who enjoys playing Call of Duty, I can positively say that this video game is up there with being the best video game in the Call of Duty franchise. “Black Ops 3” really brings back that crazy competitive feeling back when you used to play “Black Ops 2” because Treyarch is just extremely talented when it comes to making Call of Duty as competitive as it can be. The game all around is just really fun and feels really good when you are playing it especially on the next generation consoles. I would definitely say that this Call of Duty surpasses the previous two Call of Duty’s both in game play and the way the game looks as a whole. Don’t get me wrong, I did play “Call of Duty: Ghosts” and “Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare” for both of their games’ entirety but I have only been playing “Black Ops 3” for a total of 20 hours and I am already having a much more fun time playing this game than the last two.

For someone who was not too happy with the last Call of Duty game, even the one before that one, it was quite difficult for me believe that the next game would be great. I did have hope in Treyarch that they would do something great and that is exactly what they did. “Black Ops 3” was the game that Call of Duty needed for its reputation to rise again. Suddenly, I am feeling addicted to the game I used to be years ago and happy knowing that the Call of Duty community is safe again in the hands of Treyarch for the next year to come.
