Everyone enjoys a delicious desert once in a while. Instead of buying it why not make it yourself from scratch. If you have love for Cheesecake then this will interest you.
- A heavy-duty nonstick spring form pan
- A measuring cup
- Mixing Bowl
- Honey Maid Graham Crumbs
- A big tablespoon
- Plastic sandwich bag
- 5 packs of Philadelphia Brick softened Cream Cheese soft
- Sour Cream
- 4 Eggs
- Small bowl
- Cherry pie filling
- Toothpick or butter knife
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. Put the sandwich bag on your hand with a scoop of butter and grease the bottom as well as the sides of the pans. Then melt ¼ cup of butter and melt it in the microwave. Mix it with a 1¼ cups of the Graham Crumbs. Make sure to mix well. When finished, pour the crumbs into the pan and using the big tablespoon, spread it lightly on the bottom of the pan and set it aside. When spreading it make sure it’s even and not too think. (If you don’t need all of the crumbs then don’t use all of it.)
Start adding in your ingredients one by one. First peal off the wrappers from the cream cheeses and add them to your bowl. Start beating them with the mixer until they are soft. Then start adding your 4 eggs. Before you add your eggs to the mixing bowl, crack them in a small bowl and take out the eyes (they’re the white things you’ll know when you see it). After you’re done taking out the eye pour ½ Tbsp. of vanilla extract and beat it together. Pour the egg mix into the big bowl of cream cheese and mix it together. Then add the1 cup of flour and the 3 Tbsps. of flour and mix all of those together. When everything is mixed together and smooth then pour the mix into the pan. Place the pan into the center of the oven and bake for 1hr and 10 min. Keep checking the cake by sticking a toothpick (if you do not have a toothpick use a butter knife) into the centre of the cake and if nothing comes out on it, then take it out.
When the cake is done baking set it on the counter to cool for about half an hour. When the cake is fairly cooled, remove the rim from around the pan. Then open the sour cream and add 1 Tbsp. of vanilla extract and mix together with a spoon thoroughly. Then smoothly spread it across the top of the cake but not to thick and put it in the fridge to freeze over night.
The next day take out your cake and put it on the counter. Open the can of cherries and make sure that all the cherries are good and put them on the top of the cake. After you’re done placing the cherries on the cake, place the cake back in the fridge for about an hour to completely set. Now your Cheesecake is ready to eat and share with your friends and family.
